Shipping policy

The cost of shipping is not included in the price of any item unless otherwise specified. For a shipping quote, please email info@chancelordavis.com before proceeding with the purchase of any item. If you are a Chicago resident, please reach out to see if your purchase is eligible for free curbside delivery.

It is the responsibility of the buyer to inquire about shipping quotes BEFORE purchasing an item. Any items purchased without first inquiring about shipping will still be subject to shipping costs, and the order cannot be cancelled.

After an Item has been purchased, the cost of shipping will be billed separately.

Once a product has been placed in the care of a shipper, we absolve ourselves of any and all responsibility for the item, including but not limited to any and all damages incurred to the product during shipping and delivery. We ship with fully insured delivery companies and any damaged shipment while in the delivery services care will be handled by them.
